Victor Fries is normally the supervillain Mr. Freeze. But after making a promise to his late wife Nora, he turned his life around. He sought treatment at Arkham Asylum and was rehabilitated. Now he is a rookie police officer with the Gotham City Police Department. Will this new Fries really last, or will be revert to his former self? The voice I envision for him is something akin to Michael Ansara in Batman Beyond. He is still somewhat cold and robotic, but he now has some emotions.
Victor Fries appears in eight of the nine episodes, one two-minute short, and one short that is just over a minute.
