Sanchez is a man who is made of shadow, he is sly and devious. (Would have a roughish voice though)  he is most certainly most likely gay, do as you will with that knowledge. Now this character is sarcastic, evil, and has a few voice lines in season 2 of the main series. He would have a more sly voice along with a slow calmness. sort of bringing you into an idea that you never would think of in your life. I am pretty open to interpretation with this role.
