Koopie Koo is a female Koopa living in Petalburg. She is Koops' girlfriend, and worries for his safety. She respects that Koops wants to be braver, but is content with him being a coward if it keeps him safe. She gets a little moody when Koops sets out to defeat Hooktail against her wishes, but she grows to accept his desire to become a stronger Koopa.
I'm not entirely sure what voice I'd like to hear for Koopie Koo, so I'm open to interpretation. I could see a Southern accent, valley girl, or just a standard American accent working.
This role will have a good amount of lines in chapter 1, then maybe a few lines here and there later.
