Wolfbane (AKA Inferno) is the second Predacon to be inducted into Megatron's fold.  He is almost completely dominated by his beast mode, and it defines him more than any other Transformer, even Solace.  The wolf pack mentality has convinced him that he is a wolf through and through, and the Predacon army is his pack, and Megatron is his alpha.  Not only does his Predacon nature make him a dangerous, flamethrowing psychopath, his timber wolf persona also makes him a LOYAL flamethrowing psychopath.  Needless to say, Megatron sees this as a double advantage... unfortunately, Steeljaws doesn't like him too much.  He sees him as a threat to his position as second-in-command.  Oh, and just because he's made of wood, doesn't mean it's a weakness.  Quite the contrary, he will set himself on fire just as often as others might.  And it's a bad idea if they do.  When on fire, Wolfbane is driven into a berserk state and is much more difficult to take down.  This works as a double-edged sword; while it makes him stronger and faster, he also tires out when the flames eventually die down or are put out.  His beast mode is a timber wolf.
