The commanding officer of the NSFA, General Isen has been fighting since the 2nd holy war. He is only nice on some occasions, other than that he is a jerk (I would love to say another thing but the rules say to be "family friendly") (try to sound like you've been yelling a lot and you've lost your voice a bit and make it sound like you're in your late 50's)
