Raven is the leader of an underworld organisation called 'The Collective', which is an illegal information service that trades intel to anyone who is willing to pay. Recently, The Collective has been selling information to the Overseer, which has helped to change the tide.

Raven's skillset is specialised in acquiring information through any means necessary, which includes the spread of spyware, usage of physical infiltrators and eavesdroppers, as well as the systemic application of blackmail.

Raven themselves are a non-binary person who has lived with the Collective for virtually their entire life. They are resourceful and independent, capable of bending any disadvantage into new leverage over their rivals. Raven's personality is a mix between protectiveness over their organisation and cockiness, as confidence in their own skills, although justified, sometimes comes back to haunt them.
