The Quiet Bard for Megatron
Megatron, leader of the Deceptions! This Pre War and early years Megatron doesn't have quite the darkness in his voice that we know from Prime or the live action movies, though it is still deep. I would like him to have an accent similar to, but does not have to be an exact match to, that of his Earthspark incarnation. I'm splitting this role into two, the "authentic" Megatron and the "warlord" Megatron. This is the first one. This Megatron is a poet, writer, and sort of a philosopher. Up until very recently, he was a pacifist! He sounds shockingly normal, and has minimal growl in his voice.
"warlord" Megatron- what we see in seasons two, three, and four, should they get made- will be closer to the TFP and Live action Megatron we all are familiar with and love. But this is not those seasons, it is season one, and this Megatron is not yet the larger than life evil legend he will become.

(Commanding a battle with Orion) Coward! This isn't over, zeta! I'll make a long career out of killing primes! [pause] Gather these autobots and bring them back to base! Astrotrain, assume shuttle mode and get us out of here!
(happy) Let everyone out! Not just those that came in with us, unlock EVERY cage! A gun and a badge for everyone!
(seeing a vision of the past and the future, starting distant, gets more distraught at the end. This is a LONG LINE with LOTS of room for infection and different emotion. ONE TAKE, PLEASE!!) I see… I see you striding across vast fields of desolation… A lifeless, primordial landscape… (pause) there was a… a war? A battle of gods? …Is that cybertron? (pause) wait… I see another world in the void. Broken… It’s people, it’s dreams and aspirations scattered across the celestial winds… And devils. I see devils praying on entire races! I see the death of civilizations! And the birth of savage monstrosities. But… it’s not just one world. I see THOUSANDS of worlds, all burning. Over and over. Cycles within cycles… ENOUGH! I HAVE SEEN ENOUGH!
Hey! Thank you for your audition BUT this is not exactly what I’m looking for at the moment. It’s very Evil Warlord which would be good for season two! But not right now :( I’ve tweaked the role description and grabbed a different clip for your reference. I’d like you to try again! Less gruff, more grounded, more emphasis on the accent. Thank you :)
