Haruka is a student of Yugure Majo Institute, studying the magic of telekinesis. She is 17 years old. She has quite a charismatic aura, with a composed gentle and kind heart, she also doesn't seem to mind Minori’s very obvious admiration towards her, in fact she thinks it's adorable. Despite that, she is strict on herself due to being one of the children who lost their parents during the tragic incident of The Metal Giant. Because of this incident and help from a Master Witch, she aspires to work hard to become a Master Witch so she can ensure no child will ever lose their smile nor innocence like her again. She doesn't know how she could say it, but she admires Minori’s optimism and determination.
