Dean is Raven's second-in-command. She oversees daily operations within the Collective, while also serving as Raven's 'voice' whenever they are predisposed, or even as a bodyguard when necessary.

Dean is loyal, but often finds herself reminding Raven of their mortality. Beyond this, she is level-headed and the rational one among a bunch of hot-headed youngsters. She is clear-spoken and relies on her natural authority to carry her point across. When that fails, she is unafraid to throw hands as she is a talented brawler.
