I am reaching out on behalf of Transnpack Translation with an exciting opportunity for native Chinese to participate in a voice recording project. This is a great chance to collaborate with us and gain experience in a unique linguistic project.

Project Details:

Target Language:  Chinese

Service Type: Voice Recording

Volume: 350 strings (to be recorded)

Definition of a String: A sequence of characters, typically a sentence of 10–15 words.

Rate:  60 USD for 350 strings. 

Timeline: The project can be completed in a single day, taking approximately 4–6 hours.

Duration of the project is 1-3 days, completely based on your speed. 

Please note that as per client instructions, we are only considering linguists located outside of China.

Project Description:

Participants will record sentences in Chinese, expressing various emotions such as sadness, anger, happiness, and amusement. No prior experience is required for this task.

Requirements:

Native proficiency in Chinese (mandatory).

Ability to read and record sentences while conveying emotions effectively.

Additional Notes:

This is a high-volume project that does not require prior experience.

Participants can involve friends, family members, or anyone suitable for the task, provided they are native Chinese speakers.

IMPORTANT - If you refer additional participants for the task, we will offer a referral bonus for each successful referral.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU ACCEPT THE RATE 

• The task involves reading and recording sentences in the target language, expressing emotions such as sadness, happiness, laughter.
• Each task will take between 4 to 6 hours and can be completed in one single day, depending on the number of sentences to record.
• Each participant can only accept one task.
• Each task has 350 strings that needs to be recorded.
• Each string is a sequence of characters, typically a sentence containing approximately 10 to 15 words.
• This is a simple voice recording task the number of strings will be divided among different emotions.
• The project is in production already and will run until the end of the year.
• For working on this project, we can offer 80 USD for 350 strings.

 NOTE - This is a high-volume project and does not require prior experience. Participants will simply need to record their voices expressing a variety of emotions. Linguists can also involve family members, friends, or anyone they believe is a good fit for the role. It is essential that all participants are native speakers.

Due to a high volume, has come with a slightly lower budget than initially expected. Our client has adjusted the overall budget accordingly, and we’re working closely with them to make the best of the resources available.
