ABOUT THE CHARACTER
Tanya Takino (nee Williams) is Tomo's mom who was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and moved to Tokyo with Tomo's Dad, Takeshi, due to an engagement. Tanya is a no nonsense woman, and knows how to set Tomo, Takeshi, and Victoria, Tomo's younger sister, straight, but she does it in a naggy, anti-fun way (At least to the Takinos [besides Tadano]). She actually defends Tadano, Tomo's older brother, even though he's an internet troll and is very mean.
