Goku is a country bumpkin. His accent is pretty much as rural as can be, so feel free to play around with that idea. He spends most of his time hunting, training and gathering firewood. In this version of the story, Grandpa Gohan is alive during the start of the show and Gohan and Goku often butt heads over dumb arguments but Goku always gives in because he loves and respects his grandfather.
