Marcus believes that if something can be cheated, it can be beaten, and that as the Ultimate Cheater, he can cheat anything. Consequently, Marcus believes that there is no situation where he can lose. This sense of invincibility has made Marcus reckless and a raging egotist, always pushing his luck and betting on himself, no matter the situation. He has very few friends, his obnoxious self-importance and tendency to look down on others making him unlikable to most. He pays this no mind however, often pushing others away himself, believing any pursuit of friendship a lost cause to begin with. Despite his big personality, Marcus has an extremely frail body, a result of a near-death experience, rendering him physically unable to stand up to those who challenge him, forcing him to operate in the shadows despite his big words.
