Description: Fulwen is a raven Feralite from the same village as Rue. He is training under the high elders to one day become head patriarch of their clan. Fulwen is also a good childhood ‘friend’ of Rue’s, often finding time to spend with her when he’s not tending to his own lessons. As a departing gift, Fulwen gives Rue her signature bow which has been infused with strong, magical properties. He is the one who covers for her since she does not get permission from the high elders to leave for the Capitol.

The arrowheads are made of granite. May this bow pierce the heart of any enemy like a swift wind does a branch from a great oak; and… may it protect you.”
I think the voice here is much to older sounding and the line delivery doesn't really fit his character!
