I envision Jaree Ra as a person driven insane by grief, tirelessy working on his necromancy. Thin, a little weak sounding. Faster paced more neurotic speech rythms. And a tendency to slightly linger on S sounds. He doesn't necessarily need to embody evil, his reasons are justified as far as he himself is concerned. Not like the Lich, who revels in his own depravity.
