With focus and practice, he can summon rain, create gentle winds, or cause clouds to form, bringing balance to nature around him. He is especially skilled at calming storms and dispersing clouds to reveal clear skies. His power is influenced by his emotions, so when he’s especially happy or angry, the weather reflects his mood, often causing unexpected rain showers or sudden gusts of wind. While he can manipulate most types of weather, controlling larger storms or changing the climate for extended periods requires more energy and concentration.
