This character is a smaller role. He pops up once but intends on doing what he does because it's his job, and he finds fun in learning from his occupation. This character voice is expected to be somewhere on the lower side. Bass, in music terms. The character is rather plain about what he wants, because he knows he'll get it. If something truly wishes to block his, no problem. Within the matter of seconds it's almost as if nothing ever happened. He has an air to emotionless arrogance to him, and can be rather cynical. He has an assistant, that he does listen to but only to an extent. Software wise, use whatever will get you a good clean cut of the line. As long as it can make Wavs and mp4, I'm all for it.
