The Bacon Colonel is the main antagonist in The Last Guest series and The General’s second-in-command.

He's angry, rude and evil as well as bossy to his own people to the point that he willing to kill them, most likely seeing the bacon soldiers as disposables rather than allies. The Colonel is also shown to be a manipulator as seen when he manipulates Rose into betraying Jez and Zara as well as threaten to torture and then slaughter her only parent, that being her mother knowing full well that Rose's mother is her last family member left due to the bacon empire's treatment towards guests.

The Colonel also shows no sympathy or even empathy towards anyone he had murdered as seen in The Last Guest 3 where he visited the Bacon Doctor to chat to him, he doesn't seem to care that he had murdered Zara and just justify his actions to the doctor telling him that she was a traitor.
