This is a dual role, so you'll play two distinct yet similar characters.
Flora is a character in a children's puppet show, she's extremely outgoing and spirited and believes in staying positive, even to the point of ignoring/burying negative or unwanted feelings. She pushes forward and tries to keep a smile despite how she feels inside, which can cause conflict in her friend group. Think of Poppy from Dreamworks Trolls, lol. The first two lines are for Flora.
??? is a role that demands portrayals of anger, pain, and suffering. Please have a space where you can yell lines if needed. Her voice is more so that of a normal person, like Floras if you took away all that children's show camp. The third line is for her.
Lines will be performed by syncing your lines to a video of the episodes in order to have your lines line up with the puppet!

A song sometimes comes to mind. I can't remember the words but her voice was soft. Her touch was gentle... as if I was porcelain that could crack with too much pressure. She held me when my face was wet with tears. She loved me when I wanted to tear my hair out. Who was she? Was she real? I'm afraid these memories are fantasies I convinced myself were real. I'm afraid that when he did this to me, no one cared. I'm afraid that no one loved me. But that can't be true... right? Someone... someone loved me once... someone missed me.... right? If anything is listening, please tell me I was loved once.
