Chi/Chiako Hoshino is a 13 year old girl who spent her entire life trapped within a dream. Fortunately her ability to astral project allowed her to be able to communicate with her twin brother Lum. She filled her void-like existence with her own creativity and imagination. Once awoken she is naive to the world but wise beyond her years.
