General White is a Bob-omb NPC that first appears briefly in chapter 1, then gains more significance much later in the game. He is a retired general that hails from Fahr Outpost, a snowy village inhabited by Russian-accented Bob-ombs.

I envision this character having a serious, formal tone, like an old soldier. I imagine him having your standard American sergeant voice. I'm mostly looking for an American accent, but I wouldn't mind seeing a take or two giving him a slight Russian accent (since he comes from Fahr Outpost), just to see how it sounds.

This role will have a few lines in chapter 1, then (assuming we get to that point) a decent chunk more in chapter 7.
