An Infected Sarkaz mercenary who worked with Ines and the former W. He is tortured with the weight of all that he has seen and done, yet still clings onto his hopes for the future. Hoederer's somber, serious nature comes from a history of fighting for survival at any cost, but he still takes time to educate himself on the history of his people in the hopes of passing it down to the future generation upon achieving true liberation.
