Miley has long brown hair that flips at the end that frames her face. She has heterochromatic eyes, right red and left yellow. Miley's outfit gives the overall impression of sweets. She wears a gray shirt under her brown dress and a yellow kerchief. The bodice looks like melting chocolate and her long gloves match, though they look like they were dipped in yellow icing. Her puffed-up skirt is two-layered; the top layer being red and the bottom brown. She has a yellow ribbon loosely tied around her waist and a red ribbon around her neck. On her head, tipped slightly to the side, is a yellow melting crown with three brown dots near the tips.
She is sadistic and takes pleasure in making the participants suffer, such as when she mocks Kanna for inadvertently causing her sister's death. Her bloodthirsty nature as well shines through when she furthers Sara to push the button to slow the draining of Joe's blood, knowing her efforts are futile in the end.
