Elise is a member of the Port Mafia and the result of Mori Ougai, the leader's, Special Ability 'Vita Sexualis.' She's known to take on a childish, more bratty form; but is able to take on many other forms depending on Ougai's wish. For example, in the past, she was a more emotionless teen who helped him as an army doctor. In present, she typically follows Ougai around and keeps to herself. Think of.. well, a mini gossip girl, or something!
