Doppo Kunikida is a member of the Armed Detective's Agency and an ex-math teacher. He prides himself on his ideals, schedules, and logical tactics; and does his best to uphold the Agency's reputation. Though practical to a fault, he's also known for his occasional outbursts. (Blame Dazai.)

What we're mainly looking for, as like the others, his someone who's able to scream using his voice. His voice is really deep and serious, and he can slightly hold it whenever he yells, if that makes sense!
