Nobuko Sasaki is a university lecturer and a follower of the Azure King. Known as the Azure Apostle, or the Azure Messenger in the show, she tries to ruin the Agency after the death of her lover. She appears kind, friendly, and patient at first, but is skilled in the criminology field. Using her knowledge of psychology, she's always left few tracks and no way for victims to track her down.
