Oswin Faust is the twin brother of Ravenna and the co-youngest of the Faust family. Oswin has only recently come down from a rebellious streak and lives his current days trying to get himself back on the right track. For his voice, I'm looking for something that is medium-low to low for a teenager in pitch and has a bit of a standoffish quality to it.

Personality-

Oswin lives with a perpetual chip on his shoulder in light of his early teen years where he spent most of his time committing petty crimes. He doesn't like to rely on others and can be a bit distant and standoffish. Deep down though, he is quite similar to his twin sister and on rare occasions shows the enthusiasm she has personified.
