The Father of the Nation's Battalion Commander Lynerius. With such great power comes great responsibility, and Tordner is the iron fist that repeatedly (and forcefully) nails such a proverb into his son's head.

Tordner is a massive, war-hardened dragon, with a military background, that generally lacks respect for those beyond the dragons that govern his nation. At all costs, he protects his powerful lineage and his nation, refusing to allow even his son to step beyond the boundaries of what is considered tradition in their time, firmly believing in arranged marriages, for example. Lynerius, although rebellious, is quite renowned by his peers: often leading to intense conflict between Father and Son.

He should have a low and gruff voice, very clearly damaged (yet reinforced over time). Actors auditioning for Tordner should be able to excel in command voice, being able to project loud and clear when needed in order to deliver that military-hardened boom that is highly characteristic of Tordner. Actors should be able to control this projection well and maintain Tordner's stern stoicism during his quieter moments.
