Frossar is the embodiment of the untouchables of society. As the commander of the Warfang Guard, one of the major sectors of their nation's military, Frossar easily gets away with his words and actions, often seen as cold, stoic, and conniving, willing to manipulate and push blame unto others to maintain his reputation. For this reason, Frossar is often in comptetition with Lynerius, another commander of yet another major sector of their nation's military. He will go to any and all lengths to challenge Lynerius' status, although often loses in his quest for power and superiority. This hatred goes so far that he'd even instilled in his own children [Vitreus and Frostir] a deep-rooted hatred for shadow dragons, which Hayze is. As Lynerius and Hayze are incredibly close, Frossar's prejudiced teachings spawn verbally and physically intense moments of discrimination for Hayze as the story progresses, effectively hurting Lynerius as a result.

Frossar's voice should be as cold as ice, channeling his deceptive and calculated disposition. While pitch may fall anywhere from low to medium-high, we are looking for actors who are able to deliver this nuanced personality, effectively being able to make the general audience dislike the character [that means the actor did a great job!]
