Shy Spark for Moses/Narrator
Moses is the protagonist and a detective who has the unique ability to see the distortion before it manifests. She is older and works alongside Ezra, Yuria and Vespa during the story. She wields a smoking pipe which doubles as her weapon as it is an E.G.O, or as Yuria calls them, psychoment.
I can see the Distortion, and the Distortion can occur to anyone. I don’t exactly know who coined the term “Distortion” for the phenomenon, but people just started calling it that at some point. No one knows how it works, but the experience so far suggests that this phenomenon is a manifestation of strong emotional desires and explosive surges of feelings.
“That’s what the Distortion is all about. Unseeable things are materialized.”
