Once a respected police officer, after failing on an important case, Joe fell in a hole… leading to losing his job, and a divorce. Not knowing how to recuperate, Joe sold his soul to the devil… both figuratively and literally. Destined to serve the evil Omnicron, Joe joins Cleveland, Peter, & Mr. Krabs in subservient villainy against Bowser & Co. Joe tries his best to succeed, hoping he will be freed from his contract… nevertheless, he always fails his mission, rendering him a complete hopeless cause.
