Cleo is the girly girl that has the power to use the elements of water, earth, fire, and air. She's a big fan of Kuromi, and loves cute things! But when in battle she doesn't play around. I want her voice to sound like a combination of Akira from Lucky Star, and Fluttershy from My Little Pony.
