Tadeo is a sleuthy, snake-like character. However, he may be secretive and cunning, but he certainly isn't quiet. In fact if you get him to talk about something he deems "worthy of interest" he won't shut up about it. He seems angery and aggressive but he's really just passionate about most things. If he isn't ranting about the state of the economy he'll usually be tinkering with gadgets or be on his Ipad (He doesn't like it when you call it an Ipad.) Overall very reliable.
