Thumbnail Artist for "The Fz Roleplay" Channel

I am seeking a talented and dedicated Thumbnail Artist to join the creative team behind "The Fz Roleplay" YouTube channel. As the former thumbnail artist for the channel, I have enjoyed working closely with the owner to create engaging visuals. Unfortunately, as I have recently finished with my military service I had to find a new job and my free time is more limited, I am looking for a skilled replacement to take over this role.

we are looking for:

- Create eye-catching, high-quality thumbnails for our videos

- Collaborate with the owner and content team to match the style and tone of the channel

- Ensure that all designs are consistent with the brand’s identity

- Proficient in graphic design or art software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CSP, or similar tools)

- Strong creativity and ability to translate video concepts into captivating thumbnails

- Experience in YouTube thumbnail creation is a plus

- Ability to work under deadlines and respond to feedback
