Character Description: A psychiatrist and the executive head of Arkham Asylum. Is a highly cold and intellectual human being with a theoretical mind and a knack for experimentation, in which he shows weird undertones of pleasure when he conducts his work.


Voice Direction Notes: I'm looking for a higher pitch for his character, not too high but definitely not deep or low. Any type of accent is applicable.
