Remi’s underclassman and the youngest Institutional Assistant Director Jujutsu High has seen. She’s primarily in charge of facilitating the students in the teacher’s stead, ensuring they don’t spur chaos and things don’t go awry. And even though most would consider the job rather tedious, she still performs with a kind of finesse you rarely see amongst others in her career field.

Noriko is a girl of above-average height with light blonde hair. Her hair is styled in 2 buns that sit low towards the back of her neck with bangs that just barely cover her eyebrows. She also has two strands of hair that frame her face on either side. She wears a white sleeveless blouse with a brown jacket and brown pants. Her eyes are a cerulean blue color and she has relatively thin eyebrows. Accessories-wise she has matte, white belt with a gold, ring-shaped buckle in the middle.

Noriko is an achiever at heart and strong-willed when it comes to her own path as a leader for the next generation. She’s someone who makes sure she’s heard and advocates for herself no matter the situation. She has an air of seriousness around her when interacting with the students but in all truthfulness, she's just a softie who wants to make a solid impression on the students.
