Troy is the get away driver for the other group. He has a licene for just about every vehical(or knows how to operate it) His day job is bartender and tattoo artist. This grants him the ability to keep up with illegal drama and inform the group what to and what to not get involved in. This allows the group to know who or what to associate with to get supplies.

(sad & confused) "Wait where are you going...?" *hesitate awkwardly* "Are you really leaving 'again?'"
