Before you record, let me know who you're trying to voice for. Finnian is going to have to have a higher, male voice. Mey-Rin's voice is a little scratchy when she has her glasses on, but it's medium-toned, and Bard must sound like he's a matured adult.

Welcome to voice acting then! I'd be happy to give you some pointers! I really like your tone, it's very fitting for a grown man like Bardroy. Step into his shoes and bring some life to the character if that helps to give you the right step. He's usually a little loud and opened like a soldier when he salutes to Ciel. Also, when trying out an accent for him, try thinking Australian and British, or listen to some voice clips from him on Youtube.
