Buggy, one of the first villains of One Piece, and, despite his appearance and relevance early on, is actually a really important character. Buggy is a fan of many things, such as murdering, pillaging, and slaughtering! In OPA, his main goal is NOT to find a way to the grand line, but something much more important. Looking for talent that is capable of producing a vaguely similar voice to the Funimation dub voice. (Doesn't need to be spot on, a new and refreshing take on his voice is always appreciated.)
