[cheerfully] Looks like the name's staying, Rifa Rangers sounds too catchy to give up [laughs]
[sternfully] Imagine what could have happened if people were there? And the costs for damages is going to shoot through the roof!
[monologue] You must be our next client! My name's Jade, it's lovely to meet you! Don't mind the mess, my colleagues are... redecorating [chuckles nervously]. Please do take a seat though. Could you sign this while we wait? It's a non-disclosure agreement, I'm sure you know why we need this. Yes, well, considering the terms of the assignment, I think you'll agree it's in all our best interests if we don't come looking for you. Thank you for your cooperation! I'll go grab some cupcakes for you, I made them myself!
I'm hearing the emotive tones well although the second line feels weak. Nonetheless, you have good inflections and emphasis placement. The pacing, while decent overall, doesn't vary which detracts from your emotive tones. I think I'm hearing some static/crackling here and there too, just be mindful of those when you're recording! Thank you for the audition!
Honestly, that’s fair. I appreciate the feedback. If I’m still in the running I can resubmit my audition and make sure there’s no static and also work on that second line. If I’m out, then thank you for giving my audition a listen and I hope you find someone for this part soon.
The final deadline is October 25th and I want to give everyone a fair chance so it's completely up to you if you want to try again, I'd be happy to give it a listen!
I just submitted another take. I tried to sound a bit more strongly in the second line, I hope that sounds better.
Also I did a listen myself before submitting it and I don’t hear any static, so we should be good there. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do better, or if you think I got the part or not. Thanks again for your consideration.
