Ougai Mori is the leader of the Port Mafia and a Doctor. He can be clumsy and silly, but.. whenever he gets serious, it's bad news. Despite often donning a rather aloof nature, people continue to fear him; and others still loathe him. Knowing so, he remains a pawn and a leader to the Mafia.
