I did make an apology but no one seemed to listen to it :/. The emails sent out are automatic, not actually by me. To be honest (I'm so stupid for not knowing this) I didn't even know people got sent emails, I thought they were told on site what was wrong and told what moderator rejected their verification request so that they could message said moderator. In regards to your audio quality listening to it right now it definitely wouldn't pass verification, we're looking for audio that's for the most part completely clear. BUT the site for some reason is downgrading the quality of audio for many users, so it could be doing this to you, so if you want to message me directly an audio file of you speaking into your mic I can look at that and verify you if it's all good (since it may be the site affecting your audio quality, not your actual setup)

Sorry mate, but I think the reason no one listened to it was because hardly anyone knew who the mod was but thanks for revealing yourself. I didn't know the site was causing that issue. It might also be because I do a good bit of editing to "enhance" the quality when I might actually be making it sound bad. I use the pro version of Blue Yeti (The one that can be plugged by USB OR XLR and is 24 bit with 192k kHz even though I normally use 96k kHz) When I use audacity, I make sure that it's set on 96k as well as in my settings and then I compress the file, equalize it, when I equalize it, I lower the bass and up the treble as I was told makes me sound better but I'm not sure about this now lol, I use noise reduction afterwards (even just in case) and then I "normalize" the file which I noticed that I forgot to do here. If it's not the website, I'm thinking that it's either because I do too much editing which I heard can lower the quality and/or it's because I lower the bass too much. Maybe I should try with little to no editing? It might also be the file format. I normally save it as "WAV 32 bit float" format. The other main options are WAV 16 Bit and MP3. I was told to use "WAV 32 Bit Float" as WAV files are better for higher quality.

Hey, I am a new moderator and actually just got finished reviewing your audio verification and would like to let you know we have a set standard and are more then willing to give you a more detail explanation if you have trouble understanding any parts that we write in the denials.
