I want to let you know though (and this applies to most others unverified for audio) that your audio may not even have been an issue. We found out part of the way through the process that the site was downgrading a lot of peoples' audio for some reason. Unfortunately that mixed with this helped contribute to creating the perfect storm. After we found this out I no longer unverified anybody for audio, only an incomplete profile like missing a Demo Reel (this was what the majority of unverifications were for). To check audio I don't necessarily look at the top auditions, I look at the up to five most recent auditions (all preferably made within the last thirty days). I look at the most recent ones for obvious reasons and I look at multiple since sometimes people have a bad day (I don't look at Demo Reels because it's easy to mask bad audio quality with one). In regards to the emails people got, those were all automatic and I didn't write any of them. I actually didn't even know people got emails, I thought people were told on site why they didn't get verified and they were told the mod who did it so they can message him (it's inexcusable of me not to know the ins and outs of the system I've been singlehandedly running for months). I do sometimes message people on my own, but in this case with the 100 or so people this affected I didn't which was bad of me (my lazyness is inexcusable). In regards to making an apology I already recorded one although unfortunately no one seems to have listened to it :/. I don't think any of the blame lies on Buford, just me (although I'm not a fan of how the Casting Call doesn't mention that I got got permission from the whole team to do all this and they were alongside me through the whole process, sort of feels like I'm being thrown under the bus).
