I agree, it was unprofessional. I don't know what went on with the PMs but if they were unclear I apologize. We do hold discussions daily though, and I was talking with the rest of the team the whole time I was doing this (I got the go ahead beforehand). I do agree though that the Profile being complete maybe shouldn't be a necessary requirement.
