YOU WERE THE ONLY MOD RUNNING VERIFICATION THIS WHOLE TIME?! That's NOT okay! And I'm not talking about how you ran it. Though that was kinda bad too, I'm talking about how nobody was helping you with this. 50,000+ users, and only ONE mod was running this side of the site? No wonder things went south...Two might not've been MUCH better, but at least the stress isn't all on one person. May have gone a lot differently in any case =/ (Psst, if you lowkey need an assistant for that, tell Buford to hire me >.>)
I probably spent somewhere between 10 to 15 hours total each month doing it so unfortunately that means each month I basically threw away a whole day moderating the site. Whenever I missed a few days verification requests would pile up in the hundreds which is a big problem considering I don't plan on moderating anymore in the future (since whilst I have no problem with people being upset with me as they should be, I do with the fact the countless hours I put in didn't lessen the hate at all). So I'm wishing the rest of the moderating team the best of luck; hopefully they can come together and manage to pick up where I left off.
