She regularly gets into trouble with the law for things like trespassing and shoplifting. However, she is also very emotional, and has extreme bouts of dissociation and derealization.

After some consideration. I just don't think your voice would be a great fit to have as Mae. This is not an insult to you at all, and I mean this with as much respect as I can give. Voice acting is pretty hard, you're putting yourself in a very vulnerable position, and I respect that heavily.
However, I wouldn't be opposed for you to try out her mom! I think you'd be a great fit for that character. Thank you again for trying out, and if there's any way I can fit you elsewhere in the cast if Mae's Mom doesn't work out (Potentially as Selmers or even another side character) I'd be down!
