Killer Sans is a psychotic and hostile version of Sans who revels in violence and destruction. His appearance closely resembles Classic Sans, but with key differences. His shorts are white with black stripes, his hoodie has a wild, fluffy hood, and his hollow eyes constantly drip with black goop. A red symbol floats in front of his chest, changing shapes to reflect his mood. When his right eye appears, it signals that Sans’s original personality is trying to break through.

His voice should be intense, erratic, and unhinged, with a cocky edge.
