Osamu Dazai is a fellow young mafiosi to Chuuya, and hates his guts. Snarky, collected, and cunning, he's as sarcastic as he is smart, and is a little bit of a lose canon, doing whatever it is he thinks will result in the best outcome for him and holding very little value in other human lives. He is obsessed with the idea of committing suicide, and attempts to do so frequently.
