Taitsu is Kato's little sister, however she is still a year older than Tarai. She is a sweet girl (when she's not annoying Kato) and a fighter, while not as strong as the trio of Kato, Tarai, and Reiko she is still a powerful girl with the right intentions. Oh, and this other thing. For whatever reason she's super bitchy to just about everyone but Tarai, no idea why though. Try to go for a younger and more agressive Videl.
