I can definitely hear this being said in a gymnasium!
I liked the energy you brought to the read! One thing to keep in mind is the variation in your pitch, tone, and volume. A lot of what was read had a monotonous feel to it because there wasn’t much change in the pitch, tone, or volume. Changing these up will help make your read more dynamic and catch the attention of the listeners. If there is a long list in a script you can try adding emphasis to various words or phrases to break up the monotony. Again, the energy was great, but try keeping the prompt in mind. It states that you are in a gymnasium without a microphone, so in this case you will want to project into the room. This was a great start to projecting and I could hear you have some power, but now lets try to give more so that its really heard throughout the gym. Continue the breathing exercises to practice getting more power behind your voice to project and using the straw method!
